Laser 3D
Our
Czech company produces molders for plastic. Due to a very difficult and
demanding work we have decided to invest into top-class laser device –
3D laser machine.
This type of laser device with its capacity of 100W helps us and
substitutes some very difficult machining operations and of course safes
time during production.
During some operations : for example during production of 3D electrodes.
We minimize or even skip the process of very long handy abstention.
Sometimes we do not even have to produce the electrodes and laser
borders the cavity directly. During this process there is a light
tarnish on the surface.
Using this method it is possible to engrave different logos and phrases
on rough surfaces of molders. Resultant inscription is due to a tiny
laser beam very sharp.
Our laser machine includes very accurate contact 3D sensor which let us
find exact axis of machined piece (+- 0,01 mm).
Laser 3D offers multifunctional non-contact 3D machining and 2D
engraving on different types of materials. For example : all types of
steel, cast-iron, titanium, hard-metal, non-ferrous metal, eloxal and
japanned aluminum, graphite, plastics, ebalta etc….
Thanks to a very flexible software we can work with a range of formats
(DXF,BMP,MCL,IGES,TIFF,Dwg,stl, ai,bia, plt ,fba) for laser machining.
The laser can be used for :

measurements etc)
