Foundation history of the company H+P FORM s.r.o.

The company H+P FORM s.r.o. was founded in 1991 without any foreign capital, which hasn’t changed so far.
Since the establishment we focused on production of injection molders for plastic materials.
The company owners and their assistants had had already at the time of establishment many experiences with the production of forms and instruments.
Our main production program is production of forms with its own constructions.
In our company we solve problems, difficulties, complexities and accuracies of forms used in automotive industry by investing into new technological equipment and machineries.
We use superior machinery equipment for our work and we are trying to renew it as well.
The construction of forms (molders) is realized on CAD-CAM workplaces, which are fully interconnected.
Due to the number and variety of contracts, work experiences, flexible and professional reaction to customer’s demands, great quality of products and permanent investing into modern equipment our company is building the position in the field and we are trying to be a guarantee of a great quality and reliability in the development and production of injection molders and instruments.
By reason of a better quality of work and better attitude to our customers we have decided to certificate the management system. All this happened with a help of company TUV (CERT). Since April 2003 we owe the certification document of management system ISO 9001 : 2000.
In consequences of our company development in 2002 we enlarged our production program and bought laser equipment G10. Now we offer laser engraving, labeling and laser 3D machining for all types of materials.
